I am a certified Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga teacher RYT200 from Ananda Yoga Detox Center in Thailand, a programme created by Johnny Nasello. I also did a 5 day TM Meditation Training with Guru Dinesh Achayra Mishrai, in Kosovo. I am currently educating myself further with a +30 hour course for yoga teachers, Learn Pranayama Online with Johnny Nasello.
I teach Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and Guided Meditation.

You may wonder, how did I start yoga?

About 9 years ago I was struggling with anxiety and couldn’t find my way. I came across this book which taught me how to use autosuggestion to release stress and beat insomnia. Since I couldn’t sleep properly, I would stay up until 2:00, 3:00am and wake up at 6:00 in the morning almost everyday. In that book I learned some meditation and body scan relaxation techniques. From that moment I started sleeping better, I was feeling better with myself and started exploring different meditation techniques. Soon, meditation became a shield, a cover, a power, a safe spot for me to be in. After a while I found a book about yoga, which changed my life forever. To this day Yoga knowledge is seeking me. When the student is ready the Master will show up, they say. I have encountered the most amazing teachers and Gurus that life could give me. Fast enough yoga became part of my daily life and daily talks, simply a way of living. Living in a yogic way changed my way of thinking, acting, and behaving. Now anything I could imagine is possible. We are our own Lamp and Gin that can make anything possible.

In 2016 I started teaching Yoga at Total Yoga Prishtina, private classes and Yoga and hike with Utta Ibrahimi, but that didn’t last long since I didn’t have a certification. I didn’t feel compatible to keep on teaching as I discovered that to be a yoga teacher you have to have a certification for it. As in every profession, you cannot teach sports, art, math, or coach without the right credibility and certification. Everything requires an amount of study with professional people to train you.

Through my Journey of Yoga, I teach students to find their purpose through yoga and their inner voice, to tap into the power within and make their lives the best they can by living in the present moment, living in the NOW. Together, we can remind ourselves that life isn’t supposed to be perfect, but we should make it joyful and make the best out of every situation.

Especially during these times of a Global Pandemic, I kept reminding myself that I AM WHERE I NEED TO BE. This has been my mantra for 2020.

Bedtime Yoga: How to Relax for a Good Night’s Sleep.

 

A healing yoga sequence to ease neck and shoulder pain.<br>We spend hours in front of our computers and on the phone. The repetitive bad posture and movement can cause neck and shoulder strain. This sequence will help you heal and release tensions physically, spiritually and mentally.

 

This Yoga Class is for all body types and levels.

 

Practicing yoga before bedtime is a wonderful way to release everything you’re holding onto mentally or physically before sinking into a peaceful night of deep sleep.

 

Incorporating a relaxing yoga practice into your nighttime routine may improve the quality and duration of your sleep. This is especially beneficial for people who sleep lightly, have insomnia, or have limited time to sleep.
