The program includes morning routines, workout sessions and nutritional advice. The workout sessions offer a series of simple but effective exercises that can be adapted to suit your physical level and personal requirements. I really enjoyed them.

I had type 2 diabetes, so I had a sugar level, a diabetes level of over 14, which is huge. The glycemic average over the last three months. So I had to get my act together.
So I started Bertrand's program in April 2024. And before I knew it, my sugar levels were cut in half. It really did. And that's great, it's due to diet.
So that was great. My blood sugar was back to normal, between 5 and 7. And I was at 6.9.
