I’m a Health and Performance Coach specializing in weight loss and fitness for executives, managers and entrepreneurs.

I accompany my clients in their physical and mental transformation so that they can perform better at work and in their lives without burning out.

After working in stressful and intense industries such as hospitality, catering, events, humanitarian work, sales and leadership training around the world, I decided to dedicate my life to motivating and helping people to take care of their mental and physical health.

I’ve seen too many colleagues go into burnout in recent years, and coaching some of them after their burnouts has made me realize how difficult it is to return to a new job in good mental and physical health.

Today, I’m involved in burnout prevention and ultra-personalized coaching to help employees feel better about themselves.

Sometimes it takes very little to make a difference in someone’s life, and sometimes it takes very few words to break someone’s trust.

Today, I help executives to perform better at work, while learning to manage their stress and anxiety to avoid burnouts, and improve their resilience.

A competitor from an early age and a passionate sports coach, I trained as a Personal Trainer at UNIL, and it’s only natural that I continue to train with the best experts in today’s fitness world.
