"Before the transformation program, I was quite overweight. And I was really lacking in peach. And then, I ate a bit too much in an anarchic way. And then badly. And that's what led me to develop diabetes.

I had type 2 diabetes, so I had a sugar level, a diabetes level of over 14, which is huge. The glycemic average over the last three months. So I had to get my act together.

So I started Bertrand's program in April 2024. And before I knew it, my sugar levels were cut in half. It really did. And that's great, it's due to diet.
