“Before the transformation program, I was quite overweight. I had thick skin, as I always say. And I was really lacking in peach. And then, I ate a bit too much in an anarchic way. And then badly. And that’s what led me to develop diabetes.
I had type 2 diabetes, so I had a sugar level, a diabetes level of over 14, which is huge. The glycemic average over the last three months. So I had to get my act together.
So I started Bertrand’s program in April 2024. And before I knew it, my sugar levels were cut in half. It really did. And that’s great, it’s due to diet.
So that was great. My blood sugar was back to normal, between 5 and 7. And I was at 6.9.

“I’m following Bertrand’s training program because my goal was to gain 4 or 5 kilos of muscle.
And so I wanted to gain a little mass, a little strength, a little muscle. Except that I have a pretty fast metabolism and I’ve never managed to put on 500 grams of muscle in the space of several years at the gym.
So he said to me: It’s no problem, we’ll do an in-depth, personalized study, where we first look at my calorie requirements. We looked at fat mass, muscle mass, bone weight, height, weight, all these elements.
