My name is Liisa Hamalainen , I am a former principal ballerina of Les Ballets de Monte Carlo with a successful dancer career of over 10 years behind my shoulders. Movement has been always a huge part of my life so I decided to stay on this path, share my knowledge with others and therefore I got certified as a STOTT Pilates instructor.

I like to inspire people to move and to share the joy of being active. “Life is movement! “

I propose to you two different sessions; Pilates and Body sculpting. My aim is to help you build strength from inside out, create long and lean lines, increase flexibility, improve posture and I make sure to keep you motivated and mainly, I add some fun to each and every session!

In this class we will work the whole body, building strength from inside out, creating long and lean lines and an enhanced mind-body connection. The class is based on the elements of Pilates (improving posture, core strength, coordination, and control) with an extra spicy twist to add some extra intensity and burning sensation!! I guarantee that you will feel worked and more connected to your body! The class is suitable for all ages, for men and women and all levels (everything is modifiable for any specific needs)!

As a former principal ballerina and a pilates instructor I have a lot to teach and to tell you about improving your posture! Posture is the first thing that everyone notices as you walk into the room. How you carry yourself makes a huge impression. A good posture makes you feel confident, powerful and of course has a great deal of health benefits for your wellbeing and your future.

With this program you will get 10 videos that will guide you and make you achieve your perfect posture! There are 8 workout videos (7 are about 30 minutes long and the 8th is about 1 hour long) that are designed to be completed in numerical order. You can choose to do them at any pace you wish. My recommendation is to do 2 videos a week and add them to your normal exercise routine.
After completing the 8 videos and applying the practice in everyday life, I promise, you will feel the difference!! Afterwards I suggest you choose your favorite one or two videos or moves and repeat them from time to time or once a week to get even better results in the long term!

There are 2 more videos ; one introducing the program and some important principles of the practice(to watch at the start of the program) and another one with some extra postural tips (you can watch this at the end of the program or immediately, as you wish).
