Low Impact Workout

Low Impact Workout is a form of exercise that increases your heart rate while minimising the amount of stress or impact you put your joints under. Many typical cardio workouts involve lots of jumping and impact on your joints (think: running or jump squats), whereas low impact exercises avoid this.

Pilates

In this class, you will focus on the abdominals and the glutes (the powerhouse or the core), but you will not strain neither your heart nor your internal organs. These exercises will gradually engage all the muscle groups of your body with low repetition and variety.

HIIT

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts combine short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise. HIIT workouts often mix aerobic and resistance training which are perfect to burn fat quickly and improve your cardio.

Yoga Vinyasa

Vinyasa Yoga, commonly referred to as “flow” yoga is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.

The variable nature of Vinyasa Yoga helps to develop a more balanced body as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries that can happen if you are always doing the same thing every day.

Yoga Morning Routine

Relieves stress for more chill vibes in your day.

Not only can yoga help you wake up, but may be great for your mindset and physical fitness too. This routine will help you combat stress and anxiety, so if you wake up wigged out about the day ahead, that’s all the more reason to roll out your mat and roll back those shoulders.

Mindfulness & Yoga for a better sleep

We spend hours in front of our computers and on the phone. The repetitive bad posture and movement can cause neck and shoulder strain. This sequence will help you heal and release tensions physically, spiritually and mentally

before sinking into a peaceful night of deep sleep.
