Low Impact Workout
Low Impact Workout is a form of exercise that increases your heart rate while minimising the amount of stress or impact you put your joints under. Many typical cardio workouts involve lots of jumping and impact on your joints (think: running or jump squats), whereas low impact exercises avoid this.
In this class, you will focus on the abdominals and the glutes (the powerhouse or the core), but you will not strain neither your heart nor your internal organs. These exercises will gradually engage all the muscle groups of your body with low repetition and variety.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts combine short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise. HIIT workouts often mix aerobic and resistance training which are perfect to burn fat quickly and improve your cardio.
Vinyasa Yoga, commonly referred to as “flow” yoga is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.
The variable nature of Vinyasa Yoga helps to develop a more balanced body as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries that can happen if you are always doing the same thing every day.
