Yes, the classes are suitable for all levels. We will provide alternative moves for the difficult exercises to adjust the intensity to your body condition. Each session combines a mix of cardio & strengthening, which is guaranteed to make you sweat!

No equipment is needed, but a yoga mat is recommended. We will occasionally include simple household items, such as a chair. If you don’t have one, we will show the alternate move on the mat.
