CLASS DESCRIPTION

I suggest moving with me for a 45 minutes mad workout, suitable for all levels. The advantage of this sitting format over a conventional workout is that it will allow you to obtain benefits such as weight loss and increasing your physical condition without having to train for hours and hours.
